1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product or service offered by Aetherrax Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including ThunDroid AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aetherrax Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India.
2. Description of Services
Aetherrax Technologies (OPC) Private Limited develops and operates AI-powered products. Our flagship product, ThunDroid AI, provides:
- Smart journaling with 15 guided templates, mood tracking, and detailed statistics
- Guided breathing exercises with 13 research-backed techniques for stress management
- Mood tracking with visual statistics across 15 emotional states
- AI-powered conversation and voice companionship for mental wellness
- Additional features as we continue to develop our products
ThunDroid AI includes automated detection for expressions of distress. When detected, the app provides safety resources. This system is automated and does not involve human review.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To use certain features of our products, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our products.
4. Subscription & Payment
Free Trial We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed at ₹1,299 per year
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to App Store / Play Store policies and our refund policy
5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our products
- Interfere with or disrupt product functionality or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our products to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our products — including software code, algorithms, AI models, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, layout, user interface, audio, and video — are owned by Aetherrax Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain all rights to the content you create within our products (journal entries, notes, etc.).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AETHERRAX TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR THE CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aetherrax Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of our products, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our products at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or violates applicable laws.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and contacting us at business@aetherrax.com to request data deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our products or via email. Your continued use of our products after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana, India. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
